Medical
Transmeta offers eligible employees comprehensive medical programs. Employees have the option to
select either an HMO or a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) insured medical plans.

Flexible Spending Accounts
The Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) allows employees to defer funds from their paycheck on a pre-tax basis for eligible expenses for Dependent
Care and Health Care expenses.
Vacation and Paid Time Off
2 weeks accrued vacation for the first three years, on your fourth and then fifth years of service, vacation accelerates at a higher accrual rate.
12 Paid Holidays which includes two floating holidays or personal days.
Comprehensive Sick and Leave
Every year employees have up to 2 weeks of paid sick time.
Excellent paid Maternity benefits which work in conjunction to vacation and time off benefits.
Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
Eligible employees are provided with life insurance coverage equal to two times their annual salary up to a maximum benefit of $500,000
Supplemental Life Insurance
Transmeta offers employees the option to purchase additional Life insurance for themselves and their dependents, up to five times their annual
salary to a maximum of $500,000.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
Transmeta's Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) allows eligible employees to purchase shares of Transmeta's common stock at a discounted
price twice a year.
401(k) Plan
Transmeta offers a qualified 401(k) retirement savings plan to eligible employees. Under this plan, employees have the option to set aside
contributions on a pre-tax basis into a variety of investment options.
529 Education Plan
This plan allows our employees the opportunity to prepare for future college and graduate school expenses.
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
Transmeta provides high quality disability benefits. This income insurance is designed to provide reasonable replacement of monthly
earnings to individuals who become disabled for extended periods of time due to an accident or sickness.
Domestic Partner Coverage
Transmeta offers Domestic Partners coverage on most benefit plans, subject to reasonable qualifications.
